UI/UX Design

Responsibilities
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design choices.
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, storyboards, and site maps to illustrate design concepts.
- User Experience (UX): Optimize digital journeys for functionality, accessibility, and ease of use, including interaction design, information architecture, and user flow mapping.
- User Interface (UI): Design high-fidelity, visually appealing UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation, ensuring adherence to brand style guides.
- Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional, high-quality digital products.
- Iteration: Analyze user feedback and website analytics (like Google Analytics) to iterate and improve design performance
Requirements

Proficiency in Figma (most in-demand), Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design for web and mobile (iOS/Android)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is highly desirable, and sometimes UI/UX developers are expected to convert designs into code.

Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
